Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Please note that during sales, new collections, holidays, or other high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Within the United States

We currently ship throughout the United States.

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days after your order has been shipped.

Priority Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days after your order has been shipped.

Shipping options and costs will be displayed at checkout.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of Veil Vibe LLC's control may occur.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after your shipping label has been created.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your purchase.

Veil Vibe LLC is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, Veil Vibe LLC is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.

If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier.

For packages that appear to be lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist you in determining the next steps.
